Your AI assistant, connected to your shipments

Connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Qapla' shipping data and ask questions in natural language — counts, deliveries, the status of a tracking number.

1 The server address

This is the only thing you need. Copy it: you'll paste it into your AI client.

2 Connect the server to your client

On Claude (claude.ai on the web or the desktop app) MCP connectors are added from the settings. You need a plan that supports custom connectors (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise).

  1. Open Claude and go to Settings → Connectors.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and click “Add custom connector”.
  3. Give it a name (e.g. Qapla' Shipping) and in the URL field paste the address from step 1: https://mcp.qapla.it/mcp
  4. Confirm: the Qapla' login opens in a browser window. Sign in with your credentials and authorize access on the consent screen.
  5. The connector shows as connected. In a new chat, make sure Qapla' is enabled among the tools and start asking questions.

The exact menu path may vary slightly by version/plan, but the steps (Connectors → add → paste URL → Qapla' login) are always these.

On ChatGPT custom MCP servers are added by enabling Developer mode (requires a paid plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise). It's a beta feature.

First: enable Developer mode

  1. Open ChatGPT (web or desktop) → click your profile picture → Settings.
  2. Go to Connectors, scroll to the bottom and click Advanced.
  3. Turn on Developer mode and confirm the warning.

Then: add the Qapla' connector

  1. Still in Settings → Connectors, click Create (New connector).
  2. Name: e.g. Qapla' Shipping. The description is optional.
  3. In the MCP Server URL field paste the address from step 1: https://mcp.qapla.it/mcp
  4. Set authentication to OAuth and confirm (“I trust this application”): the Qapla' login opens — sign in and authorize access.
  5. In a chat, enable the Qapla' Shipping connector and ask your questions.

3 What you can ask

Examples of natural-language questions:

“How many shipments did I deliver today?”
“How many deliveries in the last 30 days, broken down by carrier?”
“Show me the last 10 shipments not yet delivered”
“What's the status of the shipment with tracking 1Z… ?”
“Which carrier has the best delivery time?”
“How much did I spend on shipping this month?”
“Which products do I ship the most?”
“What is the open rate of my notification emails?”
“How many SMS did I send this month, and how much did I spend?”
“How many shipments are currently on hold?”

🚀 This service keeps growing: we add new tools all the time. If you don’t see the latest ones, start a new chat (or disconnect and reconnect the connector).

You only see your own company's data. Access is tied to your Qapla' login: it's the token that decides which shipments you can see, not the AI assistant. You can't ask for another company's data — isolation is enforced by the server, not by the model.
