✨ Using Claude? Build your own live dashboard
Ask Claude to analyse your shipments and build custom reports — in natural language, no code needed. The connector brings your real numbers directly into the chat.
1 The server address
This is the only thing you need. Copy it: you'll paste it into your AI client.
https://mcp.qapla.it/mcp
2 Connect the server to your client
On Claude (claude.ai on the web or the desktop app) MCP connectors are added from the settings. You need a plan that supports custom connectors (Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise).
- Open Claude and go to Settings → Connectors.
- Scroll to the bottom and click “Add custom connector”.
- Give it a name (e.g.
Qapla' Shipping) and in the URL field paste the address from step 1:https://mcp.qapla.it/mcp - Confirm: the Qapla' login opens in a browser window. Sign in with your credentials and authorize access on the consent screen.
- The connector shows as connected. In a new chat, make sure Qapla' is enabled among the tools and start asking questions.
The exact menu path may vary slightly by version/plan, but the steps (Connectors → add → paste URL → Qapla' login) are always these.
On ChatGPT custom MCP servers are added by enabling Developer mode (requires a paid plan: Plus, Pro, Business or Enterprise). It's a beta feature.
First: enable Developer mode
- Open ChatGPT (web or desktop) → click your profile picture → Settings.
- Go to Connectors, scroll to the bottom and click Advanced.
- Turn on Developer mode and confirm the warning.
Then: add the Qapla' connector
- Still in Settings → Connectors, click Create (New connector).
- Name: e.g.
Qapla' Shipping. The description is optional. - In the MCP Server URL field paste the address from step 1:
https://mcp.qapla.it/mcp - Set authentication to OAuth and confirm (“I trust this application”): the Qapla' login opens — sign in and authorize access.
- In a chat, enable the Qapla' Shipping connector and ask your questions.
Using Gemini? The consumer app doesn't support custom MCP connectors yet (integrations are invite-only). Connecting is only possible with Gemini Enterprise, where an administrator registers the server from the Google Cloud Console. Our server is already technically compatible (Streamable HTTP + OAuth).

🚀 This service keeps growing: we add new tools all the time. If you don’t see the latest ones, start a new chat (or disconnect and reconnect the connector).
★ What's new
- v0.34Sharper carrier comparison — the destination-postcode comparison now shows the AVERAGE time next to the median: it helps tell apart carriers that look identical but have more long delays.
- v0.33Compare carriers by destination — ask which carrier is fastest to a given postcode (e.g. “21100”), based on Qapla'’s real network times.
- v0.31Discover your carriers and channels — list the carriers and channels you use, by name, so it's easier to filter your questions.
- v0.27Is a carrier getting worse? — compare each carrier's speed and punctuality over time, to see who to promote or drop.
- v0.26Delivery-time estimates & carrier comparison — how long a shipment takes on a given route (network benchmark), and a comparison of your carriers on cost and time.
- v0.25Send feedback — tell the assistant if an answer was useful, what you’d like to ask, or if a figure looks wrong.
- v0.21Pickup points (PUDO) — discover which lockers, shops and post offices your customers use the most, by carrier and period.
- v0.20Stuck shipments, delays & status history — find shipments stuck for days or late against the promised date, and filter by what they went through (customs, on-hold, failed delivery attempts). Plus on-time delivery KPIs.
- v0.19Carrier by name — ask and group by carrier name (e.g. “BRT”), not just by ID.
